Our team was tasked with crafting a custom software solution for pharmacy logistics, designed from the ground up. This solution seamlessly integrates across-platforms. Furthermore, to enhance customer experience, we incorporated a feature that enables video chatting between pharmacy employees and clients.

Our client encountered challenges in locating specialists with sufficient experience to create a real-time, failure-proof pharmacy ERP software solution. Additionally, there were significant integration issues with third-party platforms such as Chrome and WebRTC, further complicating the development process and not accommodating to the complexity complex operations & logistics.

Our pharmacy custom software solution was meticulously crafted from the ground up, undergoing rigorous testing on both virtual and real devices. Prior to its development, our Research and Development Department conducted an in-depth study of the case, resulting in the groundbreaking integration of real-time video conferencing capabilities through the terminal, facilitated by WebRTC technology.
